Getting experience
Character level reflects the experience gained in battles and demonstrates how “observant” your character has become in battle. As your level increases, you develop the ability to sense the battle at different levels of Twilight, control the map, and analyze weaknesses in the enemy's strategy. Participating in battles not only increases experience, but also helps to identify weaknesses in character development, allowing you to adapt the distribution of talent points for different types of opponents or adjust to certain allies.

As with everything, taking the first steps is easy enough, but climbing to Olympus will require much more effort. This table shows a gradual increase in the requirements to reach new levels, which encourages players to actively participate in battles and constantly improve their skills.
The experience accrual system takes into account not only the outcome of the match, but also the time spent in battle. So don't rush to deal with your opponent too quickly - give him a chance to gain useful experience from the battle, but don't drag out an almost won battle, otherwise your opponent can take advantage of your indecision and change the course of the battle. This is also true if you join the match at its final stage, in which case the experience you gain will be less than that of a character who has been in the match from the beginning.
