User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter - “Agreement”) governs the terms between you (hereinafter - “Player”) and the developers and operators of the game “Dozor. Moscow” (hereinafter - the ‘Company’). By using the game, the Player agrees to the terms of this Agreement. If the Player does not agree with these terms, please do not use the game.

1. Registration and account

1.1 You must register an account to access the game. No personal information of the Player is stored or collected by the Company.

1.2 It is the Player's responsibility to confirm their e-mail address. If the Player has not confirmed his e-mail address or has forgotten his password, it is impossible to recover the account.

1.3 The Player is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his credentials and for all activities carried out using his account.

1.4 The transfer of an account to another person is prohibited. If this condition is violated, the account may be blocked.

2. Character

2.1 It is up to the Player to decide whether to include personal data in the character name or to use fictitious data.

2.2 In the character description section, the Player decides what information to include, while ensuring that the rules of behavior and respect for other players are followed.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 All materials provided in the game, including but not limited to graphics, sound, text and program code, are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws.

3.2 The Company grants the Player a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the content of the game “Watch.Moscow” solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Agreements. In the event of account deletion, the license to use the content of “Dozor.Moscow” is immediately terminated.

4. Confidentiality and data protection

4.1 The Company does not collect or store personal data of the Players.

Only anonymized data necessary for the functioning of the game is stored.

4.2 The collection, use and storage of anonymized data is governed by the Privacy Policy available on the official website of the game.

5. Rights and obligations of the Player

5.1 The Player has the right to: Use the game in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Participate in game events and interact with other players. Create and manage communities, associations and alliances within the game.

5.2 The Player undertakes to: Follow the rules of behavior established by the Company. Not use cheats, bugs or other prohibited methods to gain an advantage in the game. Not distribute viruses, malware and other unwanted programs. Respect other players and do not violate their rights. The Player is obliged to respect other participants of the game process, do not violate their rights and do not use methods that give an unfair advantage.

5.3 Examples of behavior for which disciplinary action may be taken:

Impersonating other people, organizations or Company employees. Posting personal information of other players or Company employees. Harassing, stalking or threatening other players. Using unauthorized software (cheats, bots, scripts). Participating in fraudulent schemes, including social engineering. Using inappropriate or offensive character names. Posting messages that are hateful, discriminatory or defamatory. Leaving games multiple times before completion. Playing from a friend's account

7. Updates and changes

7.1 Company reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement at any time. The updated terms and conditions come into effect from the moment they are published on the official website of the game. Continued use of the game after the changes means the Player's agreement with the new terms.

7.2 The Company has the right to change, modify or update the game “Dozor. Moscow”, including gameplay mechanics, content and functionality, at its discretion. These changes may be related to gameplay improvements, technical adjustments, or changes necessary to comply with legal requirements. Any changes will be applied without prior notice, but the Company shall endeavor to ensure that these changes do not disrupt the availability of the game to Players.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1. All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved by negotiation between the parties.

9. Termination of the Agreement

9.1 The Agreement comes into effect from the moment of registration of the Player and is valid until the termination of the use of the game.

9.2 The Company has the right to terminate the Agreement and delete the Player's account in case of violation of the terms of the Agreement or the rules of the game.

10. Final Terms

10.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Player and the Company and supersedes all previous agreements and understandings.

10.2 If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.

10.3 The Player agrees that use of the game is at the Player's own risk.
