Update 1.16

Dear Others!
Today we're releasing a major update to witch gameplay mechanics that adds a new dimension to artifact ability tactics.
🔮 New Ability: Recharge
Witches can now learn a special ability called "Recharge", which allows them to restore charges of artifact abilities right in the middle of combat. To use this ability, the character must enter a state of Seclusion — temporarily cease active participation in battle and focus on restoring the magical energy of their artifact abilities.
🔋 Charge System for Artifact Abilities
With this update, we're introducing a charge system for artifact abilities such as Staff of Bethlehem Fire, Magic Accumulator, and others:
- Upon entering combat, all artifact abilities have a maximum charge of 5
- Each use of an artifact ability consumes a charge
- Without the "Recharge" ability, it's impossible to restore charges in combat
This mechanic opens up new tactical possibilities: if your combat strategy relies more on abilities that require character energy rather than artifact ability charges, you may find the base charge supply sufficient, and won't need to invest in the restoration ability.
⏱️ Change to Resource Consumption Mechanics
We've also made an important change to when energy and charges are consumed: resources are now spent after the ability cast completes, rather than at the beginning as before. This makes resource usage more logical.
🔧 Technical Changes
As part of this update, we've done significant technical work on the ability system. If you notice any issues or unexpected ability behavior, please let us know.
